The House:
The house lies between 2 famous old wine farms in rural Constantia, just 20 minutes from the city centre of Cape Town. On the one side is Buitenverwachting wine farm and on the other Klein Constantia wine farm. It is a place to relax, unwind and taste the local wine. Built and designed by a well known local architect, the house enjoys both aspects of sea views on the south side (False Bay) and mountain views on the other. Large proportions and plenty of glass allow the sun to come pouring in.
The house can be rented as a whole, (all 5 bedrooms which includes 2 bedrooms in the cottage) or the cottage can be rented separately, (2 bedrooms en suite) sleeping 4 people. This is an ideal cottage for a couple. Ample space to spread out. It is totally self contained, very private even though it is connected to the main house.

The Area
Surrounded by excellent eateries - from coffee shops to world renowned restaurants.
One can walk through the vineyard to Buitenverwachting Coffee Bloc for breakfast and lunch or just a coffee, just a 3 minute walk.
Klein Constantia has a beautiful restaurant also a very easy 5 minute walk
Wonderful wine tasting and restaurants at Groot Constantia, Uitsig, Steenberg, Beau Constantia and Constantia Glen.

Access and location:
45 minutes from Cape Town International airport.
Head south towards Constantia and Muizenberg. The House is situated in the Constantia Valley between 2 old well established famous wine farms at the very end of Klein Constantia Road.
